Reservations
General Information

Reservations may be made 365 days in advance.
Reservations may be made by an authorized user only.
Reservations must be held with a major credit card.
Reservations must be cancelled no less than seven days prior to
arrival date to avoid a cancellation fee equal to a one night stay as
determined by the authorized user's rank and the accommodation
type.
Resort owned boat reservations which are not cancelled at least
seven days prior to excursion date are non-refundable.
Reservations for non-Resort owned excursions booked at our
military discount must be cancelled according to each company's
specific policy.
An authorized user must accompany guests while staying at the
Resort.
Only the authorized user whose name appears on the reservation
may check in.
Motel rooms
are now based on double occupancy, each additional guest will be charged $15.00
per night.
Townhouses
are now based on quadruple occupancy; each additional guest will be charged
$15.00 per night.
Children 17
and under will not be charged the $15.00 fee.
A 48 hour
notice is now required for an early checkout. Guests must inform the front desk by 1100 hours 2 days prior to their
departure. A one night fee will be
charged for guests that do not provide 48 hour notice of an early departure.
The Seward
Resort will no longer be operating a scenic tour. You may still call the Resort for discounted
tickets to local tour companies.
Guests who
reserve rooms or fishing for persons other than immediate family (immediate
family is considered the sponsor, spouse and children under 18) will be charged
rate 3 for each additional room or fishing spot that they reserve. Our 50% rule is still in effect, each
authorized user may sponsor 1 (one) non-authorized guest.
